So much better than getting a dozen and a half individual power supplies, naturally. I now just use 1 slot on the UPS/ battery backup rather of getting to use a power strip.
Does just what it really is supposed to and at a good price compared to similiar items. Most household users quite possibly won't will need all 18 slots but it is great to know you have plenty of room to expand.
Powers even my 120 foot lines just fine.
A great function is it allows you to power 2 groups of 9 slots separately with an on/ off switch and getting a lock is a great plus.

This a fantastic Power Supply. Permits you to have up to 18 cameras hook up. You won't need to have to obtain an additional box for upgrades. The ideal portion is that it does not have any fuses. So no burn outs and waiting to get a fuse. Just reset the power switch and your back via the internet. I also purchased the similar box for the 9 cameras. That has fuses that burn out for no apperant cause. I returned that and exchanged it for an additional of this power supply.
