I like the ease of set up, the video good quality nevertheless it does not function regularly and I come across this frustrating. I can not make sense of when it operates and when it does not. I don't know if it is mainly because my home's wiring is older or if the item is faulty. When it is operating - it is good. One other factor to be conscious of is that it's fairly tedious to get rid of video footage that you no longer want. Each tiny segment has to be deleted 1 piece at a time. I haven't discovered a way to delete huge chunks of time such as deleting a single day.
When I first got the program and installed it, I was excited. Installation was painless. It began suitable up. It was sending me e mail alerts. I could access my cameras from the world-wide-web. How cool was that
But now 3 months later the bloom is off the rose, and I am ready to scrape it or send it back. It is just also unreliable. I have my program at a location that I only take a look at once a week. I would estimate that less than 25% of the time does it make by way of an entire week with all 3 major functions (local recording, email alerts, online viewing) all operating, all week. And it is not just a single thing. It's multiples. Logitec's support system usually has suggestions but reliability by no means improves and the similar troubles continue to repeat.
So unless you can physically access the program day-to-day and/or are ok with parts of the method going down for periods of time, I would remain away from this item.
